Terms of Service — Run Alley

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Run Alley ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use Run Alley. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you represent that a parent or guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under it. You must notify us immediately at gigalleyph@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

4. Strava Connection

Run Alley uses Strava activity data to validate run completions. You are responsible for ensuring that the activity data submitted is accurate and represents genuine physical effort. Submitting falsified, edited, or third-party activity data to gain rewards is prohibited and may result in account suspension.

5. Energy Points and Rewards

Energy points have no monetary value and cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged for cash.
Partner vouchers are subject to the terms and availability set by the issuing partner and may expire.
Run Alley reserves the right to adjust, correct, or revoke points and rewards in cases of abuse or error.
We are not responsible for a partner's failure to honour a voucher.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

Submit falsified run data or use automated means to generate activity.
Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the Service.
Create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions or earn duplicate rewards.
Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on Run Alley — including the name, logo, design, and software — is owned by Run Alley or its licensors. You may not reproduce or distribute any part of the Service without our written permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Running is a physical activity — you participate at your own risk and are solely responsible for your health and safety.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Run Alley shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of points or inability to redeem rewards.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your earned points and unredeemed vouchers are forfeited.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via in-app notification or email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Philippines. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Makati City, Metro Manila.
